NexaPlay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, NexaPlay will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the NexaPlay website or service.
NexaPlay qualifies for the DMCA safe harbor provisions because it operates as a service provider and does not host, store, or transmit user-generated content. As described in our Privacy Policy, all image processing on NexaPlay occurs entirely in the user's browser. No images are uploaded to or stored on our servers. As a result, claims of copyright infringement relating to processed images cannot apply to stored content on our systems — because there is none.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will transmit a copy to the person who submitted the original DMCA notice and reinstate the content within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.
In appropriate circumstances, NexaPlay will terminate the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner or its licensee, or the service provider.
NexaPlay reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
